Following an in-depth analysis, the closure of the World of Experience is ultimately due to economic reasons. The analysis has shown that, despite many measures and improvements, as well as the great commitment of the employees in recent years, it has not been possible to create a sustainable and self-supporting financial basis for further years.
Tropenhaus Frutigen regrets the necessary closure of this part of the business. The employees affected will be offered alternative employment within the Coop Group.
