One part of the Terrasserie is dedicated to children. There, they will find picture books, painting implements, creative toys and tables where they can read, paint, create and eat. There are also large cushions there for resting on or for playing with.

Our products
Sturgeon meat
Although sturgeon meat is still largely unknown in Switzerland, it is part of every celebratory meal in Russia, together with caviar. The interest of the local restaurant and catering business in warm, smoked and fresh sturgeon has increased lately, however.
Sturgeon meat is white, has a firm consistency and is low in fat. A special feature is the lack of bones, which makes the preparation easier. More
Caviar
You can now enjoy caviar from Siberian sturgeon that are bred in Frutigen in the pure and naturally warm water from the Lötschberg.
These fish provide an exceptionally fine tasting caviar, which is lightly salted in the traditional manner (Malossol caviar).
As a result of the pursuit of the delicacy caviar and the blocking of many breeding rivers, most of the 27 species of caviar worldwide are threatened with extinction. From the viewpoint of the World Sturgeon Conservation Society (
WSCS), the pressure on wild stocks can be reduced through sustained fish farming. More
